They might just be really annoying to listen to. If ESPN/3rd sport station gets a sports morning show to complete with them, I think the slot can be had quite easily.

I'd swear that him making some simplistic statement and following it up with that is about 70% of his contribution to the show.

I was very excited when North was given the boot and these guys got a chance, but I find this show to be a very difficult listen. Listening to Mully try and form a coherent thought is not pleasant. I would really think that someone with a job in radio would be able to more eloquently express himself. He's nearly as bad as Boers.

At least Hampton apparently has a legitimate speech impediment, I don't know what their excuse is.

I think one of the problems with these guys is they both seem like degenerate gamblers. The most coherent, well done show Ive heard is when they were running down all the Super Bowl bets. Just a theory.

Im sure the little flare up with Mac and Spiegs didnt help team chemistry.

Still a hundred times better than listening to Mike North stalk Jen on the air.

I've long thought that both of these guys aren't up to date on the sports they cover.

For as much pimping as I hear going on over the producers/support staff of The Danny Mac Show/B&B etc, I have to say that this is the one show where the production staff is lightyears more impressive than the hosts.

Both of the hosts are incredibly blah, to me. Hanley seems nice enough, and many here have yelled at me that Mulligan is too...but, boy, they just don't really "bring it" as personalities.

All that said, I am continually amazed at how much better the quality AND quantity of guests is on this show versus any other. I'm sure several are under contract to appear weekly, but they consistently book the best guest list of any show...by far.

I wonder if/when this show will be broken up, what The Score will put in the am. I know the last guy was losing to the crapfest Mike and Mike, but is beating them (thus being #1 in the mornings) really a BIG deal? They're local and not incredibly annoying -- anyone but Mike North (including Brian and Mike) should be able to beat the annoying BooYas.

"God bless him..." is another one from Hanley who in my opinion has always been at barely fill-in level and nothing more. Giving Brian an every day gig was as crazy as giving Greg Jarrett the morning chair on 720. Mully doesn't get a pass either. Although I like most all of what he brings, again, STOP saying again, again and again. Repeating a point made hours, or days, or weeks (or never) earlier does not warrant the qualifier. It's one of those things that just...again, please stop!!!
