Why do football experts put so much into he's a Pro Bowler? Shit Cutler was one! but they emphasize he was a Pro Bowler.its just like an All star in baseball. There were years Kruetz was a "Pro Bowler" that he didn't deserve it. I hear Mully and Pompei throw around the term like this means something isn't it just an honor that doesn't mean shit?

Are you still technically considered a pro bowl player if you are say the 7th in line as a QB, but you go because the first 5 guys all declined?
