How well do you think Quade has to do and what does the team have to show under him to get real consideration for the job in 2011?

I don't think it's all about the record under him either.

If he somehow gets the job, then Ricketts better have his head examined. Course we are talking the Cubs, so I fear they may give the guy the job to save a buck or two. This is one weird looking cat who belongs riding the bus in AAA with Micah Hoffpauir and Justin Berg.
