Wasn't sure where to put this and it is pretty random. Just was curious
if anyone was going to be attending this game. I'll be there along the
1st base side somewhere. First game in two years. No idea why I am
going but I guess the weather should be nice at least. Anyway, if you
are going and want to meet up for a beer let me know.

I'm planning on going, but the game seems pretty well sold out...and tickets are expensive seeing it's a premium game

I wonder if people will be dumping tickets or if it will be traditional tough-to-get-in Saturday game

This team doesn't deserve a separate thread for the mets series. The Fuk showcase can stop at anytime now. From the recent games I have paid attention to he seems to always be playing and Colvin is always splitting time with Soriano. Let the kid get his ab's. No one needs to see Fuk. If you want to showcase him then put him in the AZ Fall league just as the Angels have done with Brandon Wood.

That is only because of muscle memory. 2 months on the pine made his body think it was the offseason and thus August was another April for him. Colvin still needs as many ab's as he can get.

Castro is 11 for 21 on this homestand. The batting average is now up to .321 for 3rd in the NL. For the year (58 games to date) he is batting .361 at the shrine.

I didn't realize this guy was putting up these kind of numbers but there is no need to fret over Vitters slow development with this guy raking in AAA. I am guessing he was teammates with Colvin at Clemson. Marquez Smith has been on fire since being called up to AAA early in the season. This is a legit stat line for under 300 ab's
