What really bothered me was when the guy responded by saying he was more straight than Shannon. It would've been better if he "why would it matter one way or the other?" When people respond to "accusations" of homosexuality by boasting about how un gay they are its a subtle/implied way of saying that being gay is wrong.

I haven't watched this show in 5 years. I saw this thread and recorded it. Thank you. I laughed my ass off tonight. I love Jeff Probst.

Fabio may be stupid but he is good socially. He might do better than I thought.

Missed the first week but glad I tuned in last night. Just by not missing
that tribal council from last night I feel like I am caught up. Some interesting
and unstable personalities at work here. Once the hunger and exhaustion
catch up to some of these people there should be some real fireworks.

It always amazes me how so many guys on the show who likely have absolutely no problem finding women at home become so whipped that they'll do whatever a pretty girl wants on the show. If there were garage sales on the island, Chase would be there.

If I went on survivor, my #1 rule would be to not trust any woman on there under the age of 35.

That is exactly right. My wife and I were talking about that last night after the show. Why do these idiots trust them females? Haven't they seen how this works in previous seasons? Completely stupid.

Anytime she is on camera it is cringeworthy for me. Hearing her talk makes
me angry. As for Jimmy J., he sure didn't fight very hard to stay on. He admitted
that is was one of the hardest things he has ever done and it looked like he had
just about enough. The younger tribe should be able to dominate the older one but
due to all the personality conflicts it makes it a lot more even matchup.

I thought Johnson would stick around a little longer. He seems like he would be a perfect person to team up with. Leaders tend to take a lot of heat in Survivor, so why woldn't eveyone let him take it for while. Also, in the end, I doubt a jury would give a multi-millionaire another million, so there's no threat there. Plus, I would think it would be kind of cool to spend another week or 2 with a hall of fame coach.

I wonder if he just had no interest in all of the alliance stuff that really makes up the game and since no one felt they could "trust" him, he was an easy target.

So far its been a pretty boring season. Hopefully it will pick up soon cause its been pretty snore worthy so far. I guess we're spoiled since we had Russel the last couple seasons which made every episode exciting.

Another lame episode. I will watch next week since it looks like they are going to shuffle up the tribes. If that doesnt make things more interesting I will probably give up on this season.

Kind of a boring episode. The older tribe is in serious trouble if they lose
again next week. Jimmy T went home this week but could have easily been
Dan. We saw a bit more crazy behavior from NaOnka as well, but now that
she has the immunity idol she has a little cushion of safety there.
