For over a year now, DIRECTV customers like myself can actually watch "The Dan Patrick Show" LIVE from 8-11a Monday-Friday on The 101 Network instead of waiting some 13 hours later on 670 The SCORE locally to listen to it on tape delay.

Come October 25th, you won't have to be a DIRECTV customer to tune into Dan's show. According to Broadcasting & Cable, the video version of Dan's nationally syndicated sports talk radio show will be available on regional sports networks such as FOX Sports Net, Comcast SportsNet & New York-based MSG Network in addition to DIRECTV's 101. The new syndication deal will put the Patrick show available on some 25 regional sports networks and the show, based in Milford, CT, could be viewed in some 85 million homes and will be the first DIRECTV original made available via syndication.

I find this show better than his ESPN show, and it's better than anything else national out there right now. At least in the morning or midday.

Radio shows should be just that...RADIO SHOWS! Last thing I wanna watch is a radio show on tv

I always liked DP even when he was on ESPN. I usually hear his show on late at night. What time does it come on live?

It's because he doesn't have to sanitize his thoughts and stay away from actual controversy.

The video version of Patrick's show airs LIVE at 8a Monday-Friday with an immediate replay at 11a weekdays on the 101 Network if you have DIRECTV like SHARK. The radio show airs on tape delay locally at 1a on 670 The SCORE Tuesday-Friday. Starting this week, the Patrick show airs at 12Midnight Saturday following "Inside College Football" with the Ben Stein-looking Gerry DiNardo & The SCORE's own Connor McKnight. DiNardo & McKnight preview the College Football weekend at 10p Fridays now that White Sox season is in the rearview mirror.

I caught it today on Comcast and I like it. It is better than Mike and Mike, and doesn't have the stench of an ESPN produced product.
