The only gas cities I know about in Chicagoland is the one in Mokena, and the one off of Weber Rd in Bolingbrook/Romeoville.

Really? These are all over the fucking place. Frankfort, Mokena, Orland Park, Palos Hills, Park, Heights, Manhattan, Lockport, Homer Glen....

Was it the 99cent shit coffee that is killing the margins? Or the 12 dollar car wash? The one on Will-Cook, north of 159th had a Dunkin' Donuts in it with 99 cent coffee any size. Not bad.

Bill McEnery, or the elder McEnery died a year or so ago.

As a 'yute' I used to work as a dishwasher (at the Wagon Wheel) up the street from the 'Gas City headquarters', which featured a gigantic cow statue in front of the place. We used to paint the cows udders blood red just for snicks. ....allegedly.

Yes, they do. I run the spot every Saturday. Listen close to one of them sometime...Dominic pronounces "Charilie Horse" as "Charlie Harse".
