Tonight my hockey team, The Chicago Outfit, gets the United Center all to ourselves from 7pm till whatever time we decide to finish. Should be awesome! We're dressign in the visting NBA locker room so I'm going to take shit on Lebron's stall. After we're done we are getting treated to a locker room tour of the Hawks locker as well as pizza and beer.

Gotta love the benefits of having a guy with the last name Wirtz on your men's league team!

I skated at the Chicago Stadium in the 1988 high school state championship game, but have never skated at the UC. Should be an amazing time

Amazing time last night. I have all the pictures and videos up on facebook...once I figure out how to transfer them here I'll do it. Might not be till tonigth since they are on my computer at home.


Had a great time, we dressed in the visiting NBA locker room. The funniest thing about that is that the shower heads are about 9 feet high. Skated for a couple hours, the ice is amazing. Every once in a while you had to look around at all the seats to remember you were in the United Center. Afterwards we had pizza and beer in the press room. And then we were given a 20 minute tour of the Hawks locker room.

I'm sore as hell today but it was worth it!



And my team won the best of 3 series so that's a nice cherry on top.

They had a good time, especially going into the locker room. But yeah, I think the thrill wore off after sitting there and watching us play for 3 hours. Plus, with only 30 people in the building as opposed to 20,000 the place gets really cold at ice level.

Glad you had a good time. Last year my son's hockey group got to do something similiar and then stay for the red Wings game. We didn't do it but friends that did said it was a lot of fun. I'm hoping they do it again this year.

My cameraman/buddy gave me the dvd tonight, its fucking awesome. He went all the way up the 300 level where the real cameramen film and shot it all from there. It seriously looks like it should be on tv. And man do I look good out there, like a fat gretzky! I gotta figure out how I can cut it down into little clips so I can put this shit on Youtube and post some video clips (i..e. every play I'm involved in) here.

Bigfan, I think its time for a bandwidth charity fundraiser drive. And put a sticky on this so it stays on the front page of every forum like your ghey ass-sex chat room you're so proud of.
