hey now, don't get ahead of yourself.... i'll have you know that derrick rose is in a 3-4 person tie for 5th best point guard per jeff van gundy's rankings.... IN OTHER WORDS HE AIN'T SHIT HAVE YOU EVER GOTTEN THE KNICKS TO THE FINALS? NO? SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!@

all the mouthfarters on espn just put rose at 3 and 5. one dick even had rose behind dejon brawndo... ill just say this, john wall is not as consistent which will leave nobody better at pg then derrik muthafuckin rose. the kid zz literally gets better every game he plays from year to year, and this year is proving he can do it all, all the time

also, imagine this team but you still have gordon and hinrich.... :(

tonight john wall missed his 2nd game due to injury... i know rose had some tweaks entering his first two seasons, but still, this is not a good omen. especially coming off of a triple double...

gordon and hinrich wouldn't do shit for me... maybe if they drafted brandon roy instead of tyrus thomas... or even if they sat on lamarcus aldridge... (but then they prolly wouldn't have rose... let alone taj) still tho, the key point is that we have lol deng for giant money and i don't trust taht wackass (1-2)-dribble-then-turnover motherfucker to be anything other than what he is, despite the ESPN crew saying "in his 7th season, he's finally becomign what the bulls thought he would be...."

YEAH, BECAUSE THEY REMOVED EVERY OTHER PRIMARY OPTION TO SCORE OTHER THAN DERRICK FUCKING ROSE!!!@

it's like a war of attrition, i swear to god... if i have basketball sensibilities lol deng offends every single one of them.

from what ive seen this year, i dont really know why bernsie and terry bitch would want wall over rose. wall is all flailey and loosey goosey... and thats part of what makes it so amazing to watch because normally you wouldnt do it like that. but tearme and burntskeet think that rose kinda sucks, you can hear it in their sudo language. faguage.

it would be great to have kevin durant and mellow on our team. im not talking about things that probably wouldnt have happened. kirk and gordon both could have stayed; even though its not like the bulls did anything wrong getting rid of them for the reasons they did.

kirk would have immunized this team from the 'urlacher' effect (when urlacher isnt on the feild, the bears defense gets lost). you already see it with the bulls. no rose no goes. kirk wouldnt usually produce a whole lot while subbing in, but he rarely gives up much.

gordon would have been roses best option talent wise. who knows about gordons ego though, that might have been a problem i guess.

bulls are schoolin these bitches. i knew i was low on the 15+!

holy shit they've held down this game like they're fiddin'ta drown the bitch since last we posted and now it's a ~15 point lead?!?@

coach thibbs, do whatcha gotta do and coach this team to hold on to the lead and keep derrick in places to excel. i'll accept a <20pt game if it results in a victory.

Spur was the hottest team in the league coming in. Great defensive half holding them to 37

i confess, i have to leave by ~6:30am to see my supervision officer tomorrow... but once they went down 17 with ~9mins left after being thoroughly outclassed by the spurs in the second half.... yeah. cue dennis green picture.

hopefully i'm wrong on the big picture, but still... damn. they had this one if only they could hold on. GET LOL DENG OFF THE COURT FOREAL!!!@

Boozer comes back when? Gibson has disappeared the last 2 games and Deng is not a legit number 2 option as everyone knows.

It seems that the Spurs were just getting to the basket whenever they wanted. Too many easy layups, and they were also knocking down the 3 with the drive and kick. The Bulls looked great in the first half, but just stunk it up big time in the 3rd.

rose dropped 33 once again... thus far in the early season i've really enjoyed watching derrick rose do his thing. lol deng's further importance in this offense manages to frustrate the hell out of me... i swear, i've never had a player in my chicago sports history (for all intents and purposes i've been able to pay attention since the mid 90s) quite like lol deng.

when he buries himself in a corner and rose draws the double team bumrushing towards the basket and manages a nice crisp pass to set lol up with an open jumper/3 in the corner and he manages to brick it.... shit. quoteth peter griffin "that really grinds my gears"

even worse is when lol gets in one of those "hey, i have to establish myself as the team's #2 option" (pun lamentably intended) moments and, example, he gets the ball at the top of the key and then hesitates for a second (his gut tells him "wtf are you doing, lol? you cannot possibly create your own shot" and then he convinces himself that it's OK so after a half-hearted twitch/headfake he goes full bore at the basket and manages to lose the ball after 1-3 dribbles (usually between the first and second dribbles) and then showcases his best move: flailing towards the basket and praying to draw a foul.

i can't wait to see how the boozer dynamic will help here, and i'm also enjoying the fact that they have an actual coach who, well, coaches. that's a good thing to have when you've got a legitimate young franchise type player in d-rose.

/me goes back to wishing that d-rose was 6'7"
