I don't know the laws in PA. But I will say that Drives are illegal everywhere I've hunted. And the way he did it was way dangerous. I wouldn't want to hunt with that guy, he sounds pretty unsafe. As much as I love killing things to eat, I am a safety FREAK because you can't take back a shot no matter how sorry you are. If he can't see a buck at 150 yards then he ain't really quite sure what it is he's shooting at.
Guy sounds like an ass too. He gives hunters a bad name. Do not like.

Gunshot sounded like a canned sound effect to me. If he's sitting right next to a guy shooting with a cel phone, it wouldn't sound like that. Overall the sound was just too good for a bunch of guys sitting in the woods.
