I am developing a new show to be part of the Mike North entertainment network. The show will be interviews with former athletes. Help me come up with a name.
I am thinking of Sports Depositions, Retro Sports Athletes.

I had to triple check that this post wasn't made by Bearly Legal. How about Bearly Relevant?

You should call yourself Spada the Entertainer, like Cedric. That way, people will know what you're trying to do.

Good luck Spada. Hope it works out.

You might want to check with George Ofman and J Hood before joining a Mike North Network!

You really want to do business with this guy? Think about it man. He's toxic. He burned a lot of people on Mike North Entertainment Network Version 1.0 called chicagosportswebio remember?

Is North bringing back Boom Boom Mancini for this venture? That guy was a natural for broadcasting.

Somoeone might want to update Boom Boom's wiki page.....

On April 6, 2009, Mancini is on Chicago Sports Webio broadcasts with long time Chicago radio personality, Chet Coppock. The show is called Chet and The Champ and airs weekdays at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Dave,

Some unsolicited advice. For the most part nobody listens to sports radio to hear interviews. Sure if there is someone who can shed insight on a relevant topic or someone who is particularly interesting and entertaining it makes for good radio, but from my listening experience this is about 5% of interviews. The other 95% of interviews consists of a no longer relevant athlete either pitching some product or speaking unintelligently about something. More times than not when I hear an interview with an athlete on the radio I PTFB.

Yours,

If I hadn't read this already, I would've thought it said that David Spade was part of the Mike North "Pyramid Scheme" network

Coming up next we have Attorney David Spada. David is live on remote today in Bloomington at the Redbird Inn.

David,

Let me give you the first clue that this was a bad idea. It is called "The Mike North Network". The ego is still in command of everything, including your show now.

I am sure Spaceball has something to do with this, which will help as I think he is a good guy to have in such ventures, but you still have the used car salesman in Mike North leading the charge. I am not sure how many times he needs to come to the table and prove me correct on what a "BAD" businessman he is. I think his record is like 1-10? True the 1 win was a blowout, but dont think the guy has won a game in 6 years?

Good luck man, but dont be surprised when something really bad happens. He has a habit of that hapenning around him?

didn't ed sherman run a puff piece on this where nort brought up webio in the context of this "network" being the proper version of webio?

i can't make this shit up. the thing is that nort's target audience doesn't use computers because they never used computers and that's what wives are for. he thinks that he appeals to a more visceral da fire and da pashin type crowd... the kind of people with good racist jokes once they've got a few in them.
