our coach is awesome. soon after i posted that last one they show tibedow on tv telling the team that their rebounding is shit... but he says it in a way that doesnt make them feel dumb.

first of all its nice to have a coach that sees the same game we do on tv... and know what is crucial to focus on... but he goes further by knowing how to apply that knowledge- how to convey it to his players.

instead of telling them "grab the fucking rebounds" like i or coach vinny would, he explained "you guys are playing good d at first, but you need to realize your opponent is a GREAT offensive rebounding team".
