The roof has an "upper body injury"

This roof is always having problems. It's also being investigated by the NFL for sending racy photos of itself to the Soldier Field Columns.

Would that mean they will move to the west and the Rams move to the Norf? Just another snack for the Chicago and Green Bay beasts to feast upon.

Means that the Vikings have been considering a move to LA. Also, they want the City to build them a new stadium. Do I need to explain more?

I thnk the issue remains about LA supporting a pro team. They need to have a 10 year commitment, so the team can get good and beome COOL!

Guaranteed now bigfan.

I also envision the Rams and Viking swapping divisions. St. Louis makes natural sense with Chicago, Detroit and Green Bay. And L.A. makes sense with Arizona, Seattle and San Francisco.

When I saw the video of the Metrodome roof collapsing on the "FOX NFL Sunday" pregame show, I thought it was something straight out of the 20th Century FOX film vault and something out of a sci-fi movie. There was nothing scripted about it. The roof looked punctured to a point where I'm not so sure the Bears & Vikings are a go one week from tonight at the Metrodome, or Mall of America Field as they now call it in Minneapolis. It's my understanding they've had issues with the roof before, but nothing like this...

Have you ever been to the Mall of America?

No, but I've heard that home plate at the old Metropolitan Stadium is where Mall of America is. They renamed the Metrodome only this season, SJ, even though the Vikings have been trying to get a new stadium of their own even before yesterday's surreal roof collapse was caught on tape.

It is. I've seen it. It's like home plate at old Comiskey being in the middle of a parking lot, except it's in the middle of an amusement park in the middle of a fucking mall.

I think there was a certain NBA team that once moved from Minnesota to L.A. Pretty sure they had some success out there.

The problem with the NFL and Los Angeles has to do with location, location, location. It's not exactly breaking news. The league has been trying to secure another team in the nation's #3 market since the Rams went to St. Louis and the Raiders moved back to Oakland. Unfortunately, it's not just the stadium that is a problem. The right team hasn't come along. It's believed that the San Diego Chargers or Jacksonville Jaguars are the 2 teams that may be closer to relocating in L.A. than the Minnesota Vikings are.

This is almost the perfect scenerio for the Bears D to dominate.

Not so fast, Spmack. According to The SCORE's Zach Zaidman, the Bears haven't been informed that the Bears/Vikings' game will even be played there. ZZ & Bernsy report that there's more snow in the forecast tonight & tomorrow that might force "Monday Night Football" and the two teams to head inside another domed stadium. While the folks at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis are willing to help out in case TCF Bank Stadium gets buried, I hope the two teams like St. Louis and the Edward Jones Dome instead. I think that's where they'll play if they're snowed out of Minnesota...
