Hockey sucks because bandwagon fans of the sport go to games now that it's cool, except they spend the whole time people watching and listening to other people's conversations instead of actually paying attention to the game.

I watched the game. I probably paid more attention to the game than most of the people there. The bozos sitting directly behind me talked the entire time. I would hear unless I was wearing earplugs the entire game. And it was more than 2 guys out of 21,000+, I didn't even mention the post-game cross burning in the parking lot.

Wouldn't exactly call myself a bandwagon fan, or a fan at all. My friend offered me a free ticket, and I went. It was fun, yay hockey.

It's always been like that? I figured it was part of the McDonaugh "Let's celebrate the old times" marketing strategy.

A 2-3 minute video would be fine with me. The Bulls do one and it's about 2 minutes. They could produce a 10 minute video of just Jordan highlights if they wanted to. Too much fluff just takes away from the actual game, which overall was pretty enjoyable to watch.

I hate the day historically reserved for college football is being invaded by The Roadshow of Travelling Hockey Gimmickery. Granted, even the crappiest January 1st bowls have been getting higher ratings than "Hockey Outside!", but go find another holiday, chaps, this one is all booked.
