If Favre plays,

Vikings 35
Bears 17

If not,

Bears 35
Vikings 17

I hope they're happy! The Bears & Vikings will be playing 29 years to the day that Minnesota last played an outdoor home game and guess what? IT'S SNOWING!!! Here's hoping ESPN's Stuart "Booyah Boy" Scott slips & falls when he walks toward us to promote "SportsCenter" in the 4th quarter and then ends up on "America's Funniest Home Videos" with Tom Bergeron later in the season...

As for the game, snow or no snow, I'm giving the Bears a 16-6 edge to clinch the NFC North in a game that'll be a lot harder than people think.

Who does Tom Bergeron look like?

Also, if Stuart Scott falls and hits his head, will it fix his eye?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I remember Stuart was doing a story at Jets' Training Camp many years ago, SJ, for ESPN when he hurt that eye of his. "Booyah Boy" is as obnoxious and annoying as his fellow ESPN colleague who's fat ass is in the warm Bristol, CT studio, Chris Berman.

As for Tom Bergeron, he's supposed to be one of the best hosts in Hollywood. It seems hard to believe, but Bergeron's hosted "AFV" since 2002 and he's pretty good at showing hits to the guts, head & groins...

That's all well and good, but you didn't answer my questions.

I don't think it'll put Stuart's eye back in. I'm not so sure who Tom resembles...

Fugg, now I don't know who to take. If the weather and field conditions make a passing a game a non-starter and Favre plays, easy W for the Bears. He'll throw pick after pick.

If Joe Webb plays and the Vikings play it smart, they won't call many pass plays for him. Webb makes Mike Vick look slow. Webb playing QB = a direct snap to the fastest guy on the field. Bears drop into cover 2, he'll gain 10 yds before anyone gets near him. Vikings should've spent the week working on the option with Webb and AP. Webb should be running back kicks for them too, but he won't tonight, too risky.

I'll be devouring cookies also.

They just showed a live shot from the stadium - they are using tractors to plow several inches off of the tarp right now. Good thing they spent 15,000 man hours clearing snow all week. This can not go well....

edit: and the TV crew said they had already lost power twice.

I disagree. This has the potential to be catastrophically fun-bad.

I have a terrible feeling in this game.

Favre will go for 300 yards and three touchdowns, Adrian Peterson is going to run wild, and Jay Cutler will not play all that well(sorry Cutler fans).

dongslinger is in and i'm tempted to nominate him for douchebag of the week.

you know what this is? this is brett favre with a kinda injury managing to hijack the monday night football headlines for two weeks in a row. i figure that he saw the bears shit themselves in the snow against the patriots and once he realized today has the potential to have some legendarily bad field conditions he's like "fuck it. i'm going to go on national tv and kick the bears' ass one more time"

bears, or whatever wanton norse/babylonian/egyptian/greek/roman/pagan/christian/whatever deity oversees the chicago bears, please for the love of god kick favre's ass tonight. i just heard hub and hamp confirm that adrian peterson is out tonight, so favre in and AD out is a good thing... whatever. this dongslinging asshat has decided to come on down and kick our asses one more time, and for all of the shit i endured in the 90s as an adolescent bears fan, please please for the love of whatever you hold dear, just kick this old cracker in his proverbial nutsack and show the world why he's leaving with his tail between his legs after this season. i don't ask for much in the way of sports-related divine karma, but please, just serve this turd tonight.

Steve Young doing a live report from TCF Stadium via his daughter's web cam, looked like the stadium's already full. What's that all about. Game doesn't start for another hour. Snow removal a spectator sport in Minnesota. Olympic demonstration sport in Sochi.

Trent Dilfer shit-talking the Bears. Christ, these guys hate the Bears.

Good point about Cutler not being good in December.

Zach attack with a Bears report on NFL network. Fran Charles held up the "Not Interested" sign.

This has all the makings for a Bears loss. Do I think the Vikings are better? No way.

All this drama and circumstances (Favre in, AP out) just doesn't add up, it's way too weird.

I hope the Bears knock Favre out of the game with an injury because I just hate that fucker now.
