Celtics were awful in the 4th quarter. Ray Allen was building a house today with all his bricks. Kind of a bad loss when you consider Howard and Nelson had 3 points combined in the first 3 quarters.

Lakers looked like a team that didn't want to play today. Get drilled at home for the 2nd straight game. You can lose to the Heat but at least keep it close when you're at home, and then losing to the Bucks by 19 is unexceptable. Just an embarassing 2 games for the chumps.

I dunno...maybe when I was watching that long ago, I was too young to really have an appreciation for what was going on the court, but there are too many people taking dumb shots and making dumb passes, not to mention defense really does seem to be an afterthought...

...like I said, I'm guessing it was this way back then too, but I just didn't really notice it...

I think they're hitting that point in the season where they're looking to be conservative, if not outright take games off. You'll see veteran teams go through stretches like that. They'll probably coast for the next month and a half and then start to pick it up around the All Star break.

For the first time ever I rooted for the Lakers and they looked like shit. i hate them even more.

They do not look like the same team as last year. I don't know if they are taking time off but they do not look good.

On the Lakers, Phil Jackson made sound like the players didn't even want to play this game and I guess he was right.

The ratings will probably be good for these games and so the NBA will keep doing it, since their was grumbling this week, but I would give some teams some breaks so they don't have to do it every year, I think the Lakers have played on Christmas every year since 04.

WHO THE FUCK CARES. when youre an nba player, EVERYDAY is christmas. it pisses me off that the bulls or the lakers didnt show up. the two biggest games and they both sucked. ugh
