I watched this movie over the weekend and it was a giant pile of suck. I couldn't even understand what the fuck was going on half the time. The previews I remember seeing when this came out were very deceiving as to what this movie actually was. Stay away.

Yeah, there's nothing worse than a deceiving Box.

I caught the end of Vanilla Sky. I still have no idea what that fuckin' movie is about. It's definitely not your typical Cameron Crowe movie.

Lucid dreaming. You know; when you know you're dreaming.

it's not a cameron crowe movie; at least it wasn't his idea. it was a remake of the spanish film "abre los ojos" which was far better and more mysterious. "vanilla sky" had a good soundtrack and looked nice but i didn't care for it.

kelly is proving more and more that he was lightning in a bottle; and i'd argue that it was his editors that saved "donnie darko" because the director's cut is *bad*. "southland tales" and "the box" have suffered brutal reviews.

he's like that NYU grad who got straight A's and sucked up to his professors and stole ideas from smarter, better students, and then got lucky and landed a good gig from kissing so much ass.

I didn't know these were all done by the same guy. I liked Donnie Darko, but Southland Tales blew. It sucked even more than The Box.
