That was his TFM quotation as well. Just off the top of my head I'm sure I could pull something from Acts where the apostles are all flapping their gums with every nation simultaneously understanding them and God looking on it favorably.
But I'd probably start off with not complaining about the sliver in your brother's eye while mising the plank in your own, just to give him a little something to consider.
