If it could include people who had lived in Chicago for some time, but weren't originally from the area, I would include Tina Fey, Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Steve Carrell, Zach Champagne and Stephen Colbert.

But for home bread actors I would go with John C. Reilly, Harrison Ford, Mr. T., Nadine Velasquez and Michael Gross.

Also , Will Ferrell and etc basically anyone who played at Second city , like say Tim Meddows?
