Take a couple of advil before the games. Maybe a shot. It might be able to work.

What's the stuff Favre was addicted too. Take that shit.

Didn't Baseball Hall-of-Famer Nolan Ryan hawk Advil for a while? :?

We might have a Roy Hobbs moment in the World Series for the Sox.

Game 7. Bottom of the 9th. Sox down 3. Bases loaded. Billy bear is called to pinch hit...

OK. Jesse played a long interview with Quentin on the Score.

There is hope. It's not a bad break. Just a slight fracture. They put the screw in or a splint. If it heels fine he could be back in 3 weeks or a month. There is hope.

Quentin said he did it during an at bat. He fouled a ball off. Hit his right hand on the knob of his bat. Missed his palm. Hit the wrist. It broke.

Sucks.

Just an observation here: Quentin said he went on to finish that at bat. It was the last at bat of the day. Now, the swelling or whatever happened that night and he knew something was wrong. Never played after that game. But he did swing the bat with a broken bone in his wrist. I mean, that could be a good sign. The pain, after the break, wasn't so bad that he needed out of the game at that point.

If it's healing fine maybe it's possible to play even if it's not completley heeled.
