My guess is she asked to use the bathroom, which was perhaps locked with a key, and when they explained that it was either employee only or customer only she became upset and took a shit right in front of them.

this bathroom thing is really an indicator of society. it's not that businesses actually don't want random non-customers to come and use the bathroom... a business loves when people come in the door. it's the pure fact that such a large percentage of people are so careless and gross they can't realistically allow open bathroom policy. its really sad.
