But the fact is that the Bears ARE currently in rebuilding mode, & they are on the verge of making the playoffs while doing so. The rebuilding effort probably wont be complete until 2015. For a team who has installed a new system with all new coaches, I'm good with where they are in the process. Sure Emery blew the Shea Mac Pick big time, but overall he has done well with his picks & free agent signings. Emery looks like a genius now for not negotiating any contracts until the end of the year.
