Makin the trek up from Magic Nation to spend the weekend at the Hilton with the parents for the Bears Convention. This really will be a special weekend with the pops if the Beloved pulls out the win next Sunday. A weekend with the SB champs? At a five start hotel? With $8 beers at Kitty O' Sheas? In -450 degree weather? Sounds like a hell of a weekend muh friends. Avid kool-aid drinker here....

I hate all fan conventions. The attendees would laugh if you asked them to a Star Trek convention but they are really no better than a Trekkie
