The media has flat out lied purposely knowingly and maliciously about him not working with Hanie on the sidelines.

They have been shown proof of this but still have not printed retractions.

Any lawyer here know if Cutler can sue for defamation of character esp. when it was with malicious intent?

This is as good a time to jump in here as any. There is absolutely no proof of anything. There is probably less truth about his injury than the accusations. Remember that it was current and ex NFL players who started tweeting about Jay. The reporters are reporting the story. That's their job.

You must not watch much TV. The People's Court clearly shows how hard it is for someone to prove malicious intent.
