I love how Salisbury said he didn't care what kind of coach he played for because he was a grown man.

Anyone else think it had to do more with the fact that he was a backup and would take any kind of treatment thrown his way, as long as he got a paycheck?

I think you should have the word "played" in quotes.

I think it has to do with the fact that his radio/tv career is coming to an end and he wants to be a QB coach somewhere. I think I've heard him meantion once or twice or 5 million times that Denny Green contacted him once about a job. I would feel sorry for the QB that has him as a coach.

Sean respected every coach who he played for - they were all different. Everyone of them said "You're the 3rd stringer. Chart the plays." in a different way. What a pro Sean was to accept each coaches different style in doing this.

He is SUCH a meat head.

You also notice he didn't say which kind of coach he WOULDN'T play for, as he didn't want to burn any bridges with anybody who's ass he might have to kiss down the road for an interview or employment opportunity.

The bigger question is WHY DO WE CARE?

I would love to see him as a QB coach in Detroit, Minny, or Green Bay... oh wait, the title in GB would be Favre's personal helmet holder.

Oh, hey, I think you've found an occupation at which Salisbury might actually excel.

"You-you-you doggone right this is your helmet; pound-for-pound, the strongest helmet on the team."

Plus, his incessant ass-kissing might keep Farve's spirit high after getting sacked a fourth time by the Bears.

Matt, Sean is not in the feel good business. He'd wait for Jaws to break down
Packers game film for ESPN Gameday and tell Favre what he really thinks of his play.....but only his touchdown passes

When you have as much contact with the coach as the ball boy then it really doesn't matter who it is.

Salisbury reminds me of a young Earl Scheib, "Hi I'm Earl Scheib and I'll paint ANY car ANY color for $ 29.95 ".
