Doug and Lawrence talking about is it good for the players to stay in during the week or go out?

Doug then explains that his week of the Senior bowl he stayed in every night and studied plays, getting ready. Remember in those days the Senior bowl was like your tryout.

Then the night before the game the organizers decide to take everyone to see Jackie Gleason! Then drinks after the show. Then one drink leads to 2, then 3, then Doug meets a little phillie and next thing he says he is out unitl 6:30 AM!

So Lawrence figures Doug played a terrible game and is trying to pass this lesson on to everyone else.

Doug then tells Lawrence he was MVP of the game. LOL
