I've heard Harry say he doesn't like beer. Does he literally just pound shots when he goes out? He never has a cocktail or a glass of wine?

I usually only respond to you when you are logged in as someone else, but yes - he literally only drinks shots. Every time I've seen him at least.

The suspension was extended Friday when this news broke. He was originally supposed to be on the air today.

IMO, when he brought up Disney to the cops, and that made the news, I think it will be a minor miracle if he actually keeps his job.

As much as I sympathize with the weed thing, and really don't consider consumption a problem under normal circumstances, this is certainly different than sitting at home with a hitterbox.

News release said indefinite. If I had to guess, it will be at least through the court date.

They smelled it, but didn't find anything on him or charge him for the pot. So, I think you have to let that go.

I think the bigger mistake was trying to call Skokie's mayor and saying that he worked for Disney. If he had just kept his mouth shut and took his lumps, he would probably be back on the air today.

this is what puzzles me. the cops found pot on him and didn't charge him? why? is that not probable cause to test to see if he had pot in his system? and if they did find pot in his system wouldn't that be a more serious offense? listen, i think pot should be legal, so i am not getting on him for getting high, but don't go driving after smoking up.

They didn't charge him for the pot. They found what seemed to be residue on his shirt. Sure, that and the smell might be pretty damning, but you can't convict a guy just on smell and some ash on his shirt. I mean c'mon fellas.

Pot stays in your system for a while, so even a positive test wouldn't necessarily mean he was high when he was driving.

unless he was charged (it would be a class C misdemeanor possession of cannabis (max 6 months jail, fine of 500; dont think he was charged). It (the tiny amount of cannabis) would go to his level for treatment options (if he doesnt lie to the interviewer, he will come back as a significant risk). He probably looking at no license for a year [a suspension for DUI]; (he can apply for a BAIDU (the machine that allows the car to start after you blow into a sensor to detect your BAC) and drive to and fro work or drive anywhere with the BAIDU). If he pleads guilty to the class A DUI, hes looking at about 2grand in fines and supervision for 1 to 2 years, the hit will be on his license and the license suspension. The BAIDU machine basically guarantees a zero tolerance for alcohol, hes also looking at attending a Victim Impact Panel where victims families talk about how DUI basically destroyed their lives, id like to see his face during that. Due to the drugs, they might drug drop his ass as a condition of his supervision, so no more Cheeba for rich boy.
