It was good to see Illinois play one of their best games of the year when it counted. Kansas has choked a couple of times in the tournament in recent years. Can Bruce Weber beat his two coaching predecessors in back to back games?

Vegas giving Illinois about a 20% chance of winning. Nate Silver's system gave about 25%, and Kenpom is giving about 30%.

Even if it's the lower of those numbers, I'll take it. One roll of the die. Not expecting a win, but it would make the season.

Lord knows I am anything but an Illini fan, but I thought they played pretty well for the first 3/4th of the game, but in the end KU was just too much for them. Not sure how Weber would be to blame for this loss, they just got beat by a better team, perhaps the best team in the tourney.
