I ran out of gas! I had a flat tire! I didn't have enough money for cab fare! My tux didn't come back from the cleaners! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!

Are any of you really suprised? He's an all around vile a$$.

The show is better without him. He should get lost everyday. I'm glad he's got 47 jobs, too bad he is not good at any of them. I'm looking forward to the day he has 46.

I like how Rosenbloom has stopped defending Sean. Whether you like Rosenbloom or not, Salisbury has totally screwed him over and deserves some credit for having to deal with salisbury everyday.[/quote]

LOL, I agree. I think I'm actually starting to like Rosenbloom more, simply because I pity him for having to work with The Assclown everyday.

I listen because everyday I become more and more amazed that we live in a country where a man like Sean Salisbury can be given a platform to spue his stupidity upon the public. I am not sure if its freedom of speech at its finest or its worst.

You and I are of one mind on this topic. For me, it's like bad wreck, where you can't help but look. I feel a sick need to see the extent of Salisbury's douche-baggery (shhh.. don't tell 1000, I still want the show canceled nonetheless).

Sean said Cato June, linebacker for colts, only weighs 210 and is great against the run. (on a side note its amazing the colts can have so many great run stoppers i.e. bob sanders and be teh fourth worst rush defense ever) He is listed at 230. Now I know that the listed weight is not always accurate but can he really weigh 210 and be a linebacker in the nfl?

That's it, I'm sending in an email to call him on it. And while I'm at it, I'm just going to go off on the other stuff too. I'll post it in a minute.

and did I hear wrong or did sean suggest adam archuleta be a linebacker with the bears? Maybe I heard a wrong. When I listen to Sean I try to pick out words that I understand and then i try to formulate sentences for him. Its very puzzling.

I sent this one in. It won't get read, but at least I'm not sitting back and complaining. The only down side is now I have to listen to this abortion of a show for an hour.

Quote:
Hey Sean,

I heard you say you thought Cato June is great against the run. A few weeks ago, you couldn't stop telling everyone how fantastic Bob Sanders is against the run. So why then is it that in games that the two of them both started did the Colts on average give up 125 yards a game at 6.2 yards a carry? I'm sure that it is just a strange coincidence that the Colts were the WORST rushing defense in the league this year too. And don't pull out your standard, "People don't like me because I picked the Colts in the Super Bowl" either; I'm not a Bears fan. People don't like you because you are an arrogant boob who can't admit any fault.

Yeah, I don't know what, though, because I wasn't listening very closely. Alls, I know is I heard Rosey mention "Zack in Wheaton."

I will say Cato Jun is probably 215 pounds. You could only be that small of a linebacker if you play for the Colts

I would love to hear Sean react to that email. I'm not a cub fan but how could you even say youre just playing devil's advocate and ask the question would the cardinals have won the world series if zambrano was on the cards and carpenter was on the cubs. First of all, zambrano and larussa would never work and I haven't seen zambrano win a big game yet. Im getting a migraine.

The nice thing is that they are doing an email contest, so at least a producer will see it and get a chuckle. Sean won't see it unless they fax it to Bristol.

Lessons I've learned from the movies:

"The Benchwarmers" taught me that Sean Salisbury is a total moron. It's too bad 1000 management didn't learn that "lesson."

I feel like breaking out Tecmo Bowl. Letting player 1 be the Giants and Player 2 be the Vikings; subbing in Salisbury at QB and letting LT have his way with him. These are the small sad pleasures that get me through the day.

OakBrookJoe, I like your idea.

I say we call it "Sean Salisbury Challenge '07." Using the honor system, pick any team you want that's on the Vikings schedule in Tecmo. Skip to that particular week, put the Vikings on "MAN" temporarily, and sub in Sean. Put Vikings back top "COU." Man the team you want and rack up as many sacks as you can on Sean during the game. Post the results in this section. Winner gets a $50 gift certificate from Allen Brothers. Ready. Set. Hut, hut, hut, hut, hut, hut, hut, hut, hut, hut.................
