i expect the pacers to come out 1000% only to get absolutely crushed by a decently playing bulls team. this 2 minutes of intensity is over with, i would have to imagine thibs put the axe to that crap.

bulls win 107 to 86 with the bench having a very strong game.

The Pacers will not be able to put 2 efficient offensive games together in this series. Saturday was their chance to steal one, and the Bulls slammed the door on them. They have to be completely demoralized after that game, and I expect the Bulls will win tonight by about 15-20 points. Hopefully Thibs made the proper adjustments for tonight, and I think we might see a little bit more of Taj in place of Boozer.

Bulls can ill afford to come out sluggish again and sleepwalk through three quarters. They need to come out and start the beat down early and knock the fuck out of Hansborough and Granger. Send Thomas out to be the enforcer.

Yeah, it starts at 8:30. It's ridiculous. The NBA refuses to have two games on at the same time. Two weeks to get through all the first round games is terrible.

I think it will be close. Vogel seems to be at least half smart. Granger has a matchup advantage over anyone guarding him, Boozer continues to act like hes playing defense. I think every game will be close but the Bulls will win in 4 or 5

The worst was 16-54 (.229) by the Baltimore Bullets in 1952-53 season. It looks like lots of bad teams have made it.

Wasnt that the record of the Hawks team that pushed the Celtics(champs that year) to 7? I'm pretty sure they didnt win 40. There's really no reason to think this Bulls team will run away from Indiana. If you're as good defensively as they are, you can win decisively but by single digits.

Rose has reached that Alpha status(similar to Rodgers) in that I will now always trust him in a close game over the opponents best guy. Thats really the reason I think this team is ready to win it all this year when its wide open.
