Can someone please timeline and itemize this whole to-do for those of us who do not know the entire series of events? Everything is so jagged. There are several different threads devoted to this topic, they all say different things and all get bumped at different times.

This is what I have pieced together:

-North makes a remark about Barack Obama.

-Listener sends emails to sponsors of the MNMS expressing his displeasure and informs them he will not give them business as a response to Obama comment.

-North responds on-air and on his website, threatens legal action.

-Listener(s) back off.

-Chet Coppock gets Jacked Up.

Anyone who can correct/elaborate on that, please do.

I would just guess that someone who might be looking to get a new contract soon would not want to check the PENDING LITIGATION box.

Being that Mike is going to sue personally, I wonder how Mr. Hollander feels about Mike using his Radio station for his personal business and personal lawsuits.

Mike has every single right given to every single American to sue anyone he wishes but once that is resolved, I would venture to guess that those same people he sued have the very same right to sue Mike for frivilous lawsuits.
