Before last season I would have disagreed with you but I really haven't seen the returns on Marineli. All the players rave about the guy but the results aren't there. The Bears had guys that he should have been able to get something out of. Tice is the real deal. He made chicken salad on the fly last season. One of the best coaching jobs I've seen.
