Unless there is something not being said here, Darkside didn't "fuck with" you anymore than anyone else does to everyone here. We all bust each other's chops. Sometimes it gets a little more tense, sometimes it is strictly humor. Sometimes it happens over and over again with the same person.

You sent him candy and wrote/recorded/posted a whispering "fuck you" song about him, among other things. Awesome.

I would never, ever do that to say..................any posters that live out of state or are truly assholes in real life.

- BTW, the reason I stopped giving these "windows to the soul" relies is that nobody reads them. They are entirely disregarded and go in one ear and out the other, so that's why I have en responding with funny observations and short quips lately.

Not worth the energy otherwise when others have already made up their mind what they want to believe.

Cant you see how sending something to a person's house and making up a weird song about them could be seen as strange behavior? You make it seem like it isnt a big deal, but you put time and effort and money (albeit a very small amount) to further fan the flames on this one. Clicking the ignore function is a much easier and better way to deal with someone that you dont like.

I think any person would react similarly to Darkside if another person was sending things to his house and writing creepy songs about them. I know I would. Of course Darkside wasn't completely innocent in any of this stuff but the escalation in this conflict was not done by him. There are plenty of board "rivalries" but both posters are rational enough to not take it that far. This didn't happen and I think everyone besides one person understands completely why he felt that way. This was affecting his real life. His family was concerned. Even after hearing that, the person who caused that concern still has not apologized for making her feel that way. He still somehow blames Darkside for what happened.

At worst, Panther should come up with an apology to Darkside about how he made him and his family feel. You don't have to apologize for everything in the conflict but that's way too much and overboard and the fact that Panther doesn't realize that would be concerning to me to. I just can't ever respect Panther if he is so stubborn that he's unwilling to admit that he went overboard when a message board rivalry turned in to real world concerns based on his actions alone.

It still may not be enough, and Panther is seemingly enjoying the fact that Darkside is gone, but it would be nice to see.

Now go ahead and get mad at me for this post like you did with others in this thread.
