Is Northy going to sue us if we join?

Rodeo & others I understand what you did and why you did it, but North scared everyone away with his threat of a lawsuit. he was not going to sue anyone. You probably could have easily found a lawyer to take the case pro bono just for the publicity and then when they started in on North on asking him to dispute claims he would have dropped that shit in a second.
I know it's easy for me to say all this, and I would have had to think about it as well, I guess a better fight would warrant it.
