Just curious. If you came on this board one morning to find that either MIKE NORTH or SEAN SALISBURY have been fired by their respected stations, which piece of news would give you more satisfaction?

It's a hard choice since both individuals are rather obnoxious with bloated egos. While Sean is just a prick who can never be wrong, he at least is willing to spar with any on-air partner. Mikey wants no competition and likes to be surrounded by "yes peeps." On the other hand, Sean seems to care less about his show and probably does no prep work, while North could care less about what Score fans want because he refuses to improve the show.

It's a toss up.

I don't want to see anyone get fired. Someone taking joy out of another person losing their job is almost as bad as the A-hole they are complaining about.

Would "not renewing their contract" or "designated for assignment" make you feel better?

Personally, it'd be Salisbury for me. His would affect me more as I rarely listen to an early show anyway.

I don't hope for any person to lose their job, but let's face it. If either of these two are out of a job, they've done pretty damn well financially and will not be in the welfare line anytime soon.

Fired, bought-out, whatever it may be. Both are well off financially so even if they were fired, who cares.

It is sad when some people lose their job. On the other hand, some people deserve to be fired. When I was in school I earned a grade, I was not given one.

I was happy the day John Shoop was fired and I will be happy when Salisbury is fired.

I'm not necessarily rooting for either of them to be fired. I'm asking out of curiosity since there are a lot of people who hate those two with a vengeance.

My question stands. If either of them were to be bought-out (for those who just can't stomach the idea of either rich bastard being fired), which would make you happier?

I would love to see both off the air in Chicago. Let them get jobs in other cities. The air pollution level would sure drop in chicago if they leave.

Yeah, North would be perfect for Los Angeles. Uncle Rico can go to Tulsa.

I never really listened to Mike, but I despise Sean Salisbury. I don't feel bad at all when people are fired. I work with too many people that underperform and/or give little to no effort in their job. There is nothing wrong with people being held accountable for his or her's performance.
