I'm Loving It! Here's an email exchange between a Jerry Reinsdorf pal known as "Dr. J" & the mini-buffoon known as Drew Hayes.
Mr Drew Hayes -
I'll try be brief, my problem is your employee Dan Falato. It is very distracting to myself & my clients to have him crawling around on the floor in front of us and talking to the people at the radio announcers table at Bulls games while rummaging through his gym bag on the floor. He does not have a seat there; ergo, he does not belong there. This never happened until this season. Please fix it. Thank you.
Dear Dr. J:
I don't believe that your issue is with WCKG employee, Mr. Falato. He does not attend games on a regular basis, and as far as I know, he does not spend much time at the broadcast table, unless on specific business. If there is a problem, it is unlikely that he is responsible. I am interested however, in knowing why you cite Mr. Falato, by name, as the source of your distraction.
I am taking the liberty of copying Mr. John Viola who is in charge of the Bulls broadcasts on your email.

Mr. Hayes, Now I see why the other people didn't want to deal with you: you're putting up a great defense without even asking him. I did my homework, I asked all the right questions of all the right people after the game. They said it was WCKG's Dan Falato. Please forward this to John Viola as well. Thanks for your, ahem, assistance.
cc: Mr. John Viola - This is exactly what I didn't want, a series of emails. The old "mountain out of molehill" situation. Take care of this Drew guy and take note of the tone of his email to me as he represents your organization. That's it, I'm done with this Drew guy.
