What was more funny? Ozzie blasting McCarthy or hearing Pappy struggle to subtract 90 from 162?

I thought Mike was going to blow it on that one, but typical White Sox crap, blast the guy once he is gone. I might have missed something, but why is Ozzie blaming the Sox's not making the playoffs on Brandon, I thought Buerhle sucking in the 2nd half might have been more of a reason.

mccarthy was not good last year. doesn't deserve the scorched earth treatment, but he was NOT the future of the sox starting rotation.

He was the future every time I heard Kenny talk about him, until he was traded then he was an OK pitcher and Danks became great,

and Maybe Kenny is right,

One thing Kenny should learn that Krause did a GREAT job at, never said anything bad about players ever. Even when hey ripped his fat ass, he still complimented everyone of them. He never wanted to try and make another team look bad, no matter what the deal was.

Its the same crap every time. Kenny, Ozzie and Jerry are cut from the same clothe, they are never wrong and its always someone else fault and put the SCORE on air people kissing their ass every time they get a chance, it becomes unbearable.

Danks is a top prospect - that doesn't mean he'll become a #1 starter or even a good starter, but the guy has a chance to become a good MLB starter.

Who would you say, on the Score, kisses ass to the White Sox ? I don't doubt there's some, but wondering if we agree on the same names.

I think there are others who walk the fine line as well - they won't rip the White Sox, but they would rip the Cubs for the same type things.

I embraced Ozzie for two reasons: he wasn't Jerry Manuel, and he brought the Sox a World Title. However, the "I say whatever's on my mind" tough guy act is starting to wear thin with me. It's been said elsewhere here but it'd be nice if Ozzie (or Kenny) could keep their mouths shut about something once in a while and take the high road.

Neither, although both were hilarious. For me the funniest moment of the conversation came when Ozzie claimed that "everybody knows I'm always positive" even as he's in the midst of lashing out against McCarthy. Ozzie really seems to lack even a hint of self-knowledge.
