Exactly. Even the over-loved East Coast closers not named Rivera suck when the come in to a tie game. Hell, Jenks was a solid closer, and really bad in tie games (or when they were losing).

Santos has been outstanding this year. Every pitcher is going to make mistakes. The bullpen has basically won three of the last five games for them. I have no idea why some insist that it is bad or even average. The offense is better, but still struggling at times as well as being just really unlucky (I am still pissed about that robbed Dunn homer yesterday).

Big win for the team today, this team has been really good with bouncing back from tough losses. Gotta keep winning series, this team has been getting done what needs to be done in its climb to first place.
