Got an email from EA... apparently Battlefield 3 won 40 awards at E3 and was nominated for 60. That's a pretty impressive haul. I cannot wait for this game. I'm horribly burnt out on CoD. Black Ops was great, but even the new map packs haven't done much to really extend the life of these games. I think this is the perfect time for Battlefield 3 to launch a truly unique gameplay that differentiates itself from the CoD franchise. And the game just looks downright pretty.
