I hate looking at the schedule in March. Injuries will play a big part in how teams end up playing.

Not too many pushovers outside the division. I think they will be scrapping to get ten wins.

Wonder if the schedule makers will hose them again and make them play Seattle, then Philly, then San Diego all in a row.

With Grossman's anticipated improvement, I like the Bears to go a minimum of 15-1.

Oh, wait a second....I forgot that I'm not Nas.

10-6 at best as of right now.

It looks tough. But keep in mind everybody else in the North Division has to play the AFC west and the NFC east as well. The Bears will still win the division easy.

Now getting the 1 or 2 seed in the playoffs will be tough this year.

I'm thinking 9-7 or 10-6.

17-2. Both losses to San Diego.

It's only gonna take 9 wins to win the division. Last year the Packers finished 2nd with 8 wins. The Pack, Vikings, and Lions won't win more then 8 this year.

It's early obviously. But 11-5 sounds about right for the Bears.

You honestly think Norv Turner can lead them to a super bowl? I know Marty had a history of poor playoff showings, but I'm guess if he couldn't do it, Norv certainly won't be able to.

Yes. I HONESTLY think that the Bears are going to go 17-2 without knowing what their roster, or other teams rosters are going to be, too.

It's a little early to make these predictions...but that schedule does look tough based on what the teams did THIS year.

Why so pessimistic, my friend. You are forgetting preseason and playoff wins.

Let's see what the rosters look like before we jump off the ledge.
I seriously think you may go +/- 2 games with/without Briggs as I believe the offense is weighted less than than the D when picking games on paper.
If they played last years schedule without Briggs would they have the same record? I don't think so.
