Should be an exception when they screw up managing the World Series as badly as Washington did last year, same for Leyland in 06-07. LaRussa felt sorry for Leyland and didn't PH Pujols in the 9th with bases loaded and 1 out in a 1 run game in the 07 all-star game, IIRC.
