oh yeah, incidentally, i hate john hodgman (aka "mac" from those PC/mac commercials, now with a uber-creepy mustache). sure, i like his dadaist revival books that just go off on infinite tangents, but like, he's such a smug smarmy yuppie that it takes away whatever coolness you thought he had. he very well might be the smartest guy in the room, but he comes off like he is more than acutely aware of that fact.

i was hodgmaniac #1 on twitter for awhile, and i trolled him hard... after ~6 months he finally took notice of me and banned me. i was amazed that he made ANY time for the little people like me whatsoever... ah well, i guess that's what you get for finding a brilliant dadaist-revival writer and outdoing him at his own game for 6 months... you get hated on when really you were just trying to be HODGMANIAC #1!!!

Holy strawberries, batman. I'd never heard the name "john hodgman" til listening to a podcast interview with neil gaiman today. And now I actually know who he is. I think, he's the PC guy, I assume? Isn't the Mac guy a famous actor dude.

This game was kinda boring. Couple early HRs, and then I thought I was watching the Sox game with that AL offense (or lack thereof) and all the swinging at the first pitch.
