What a shitty cop, she only had crumbs on her lap. I don't know what it is like other places, but in Rockford you usually will not get charged if you have little crumbs on your lap. Hell, from what I have heard from friends the only time you get a weed possession charge is when you are an asshole to the cop. Rockford judges told the police to stop bringing them marijuana possession cases. Madison and Chicago do it right, just a ticket. What a waste of money.
