The fact that you got a player for him is a miracle.

Someone actually wrote that with a straight face?

Greg Olsen is definitely worth Steve Smith and a draft pick!

So was G-Reg the most productive 1st round draft pick of Jerry Angelo for the Bears?

I mean its got to be between Olsen and Tommie Harris but Harris only lasted what a year and a half before blowing out his knee?

LB Dan Connor possibly coming back. I've also heard Brian Roberts and Jake Peavy are on the way to the Cubs in 2008 and 2009.

Hendry would have given Damien a no trade clause after the Earthquake incident. Try dumping that contract.

Just read Clayton called Olsen a great pass catching TE.

Have they changed the definition of great?

National media suddenly has fallen in love with Greg Olsen.

I don't have a problem with the move as long as the Bears get better. As of now the Bears offense is worse than it was last season. That's pretty hard to pull off.

If you have great receivers around him he can be a game changer. He's not a guy that can do it on his own. You won't see him beat many double teams.

You will see a lot of guys get around him, he's useless in pass protection, he cannot put a block on downfield. He won't do great receivers any good, but they make him look better.

He was an improved blocker. As a down field threat he is one of the best TE's in the NFL.

I never understood how a speedy big guy like him could be so weak all the time, though. Drove me crazy.
He wasn't awful but I don't think he was 1st round stuff. I guess he was nearly second round but you know what I mean.

Greg Olsen will always go down on my list of picks that were "my guy," that I was probably wrong about.

He was terrible at the line. Like Urlacher but without the special talent to make up for it.

If they get Conner, they get a young LB who is working his way back from hip surgery. He was productive for the Panthers last year until he was sidelined in Week 9.

Nothing better than watching a 6'5" 255 lb TE catch a pass, get bumped and fall to the ground.

Yeah, he could get tackled by a finger. I don't know if I have ever seen a football player fall down so easily.
