Some broads are just masochists, aren't they? Sounds like that would hurt.

Brenly is absolutely fantastic. You learn something about baseball everytime he opens his mouth. I wish they would make him a more frequent contributor to the show.

That would be outstanding. Hope they're looking into that possibility.

I wish the Cubs would make him the Manager.

C'mon, Roger! People vote with their wallets, & are they better off than they were 4 years ago & all that. What in the world can Brenly build a campaign around?

Long day, all I can say is that I thought we had a shot at winning this thing with a 65 for our group!

Shot of the day, Peoria Matt chipping in from 40 yards out to score a double bird on the final hole.

We shot 1 bogey and 3 pars on the par 3's which cost us the top finish.

My crew was falling asleep, gave Matt all our raffle tickets and we took off back to the city about 7:30. Long day

Will give more review tomorrow, but one of the better Score events ever.

Does that group of firemen that shoot 19-under every year still play?

Thanks for setting it up, BF. That was a good time and looking forward to doing it again next year. Also good to meet the cast of characters from the world of Mac. Nice guys all around.

I left about 10 minutes after the limo pulled out so the tickets went unused. Another useless Cub victory was my company on the long drive home. I'm glad I didn't get in the backpack or I would have been screwed.

61 was the winning score so we were in it. Hitting greens on par 3's would be a tremendous help.

I will go with shot of the day as the tee shot from 290 to four feet. That's pretty damn impressive.

3 Healy brothers was one of the groups that had a 61, one other group with 61, then a 63, then 3 groups of 65. We were one of the 65's, even with the Bogey and par 3's!

We had one awesome player.

A double bird??? 2 shots under par is an EAGLE....not a double bird. Was it a par 4, or a par 5? It's unusual for a course to end play with a par 5, but not unheard of. I think the biggest factor in winning a scramble has to be having guys who putt really well. Every group will get a couple good drives ( or at least 1) out of a foursome. Having guys that can sink those birdies and eagle putts....those are the guys that make the biggest difference I believe. Sounds like it was a good time and what a glorious day you had to play!

WAY way way too close to Chicago Heights, Richton Park, Park Forest, and Ford Heights for his liking. You'd have a better chance of him painting a house in Maywood.

First appt I ever had in "The Heights" I looked down and had 2 empty bullet shells laying at my feet and a stray pitbull was sprinting around. And that was at the nicest downtown office building.

Yeah, the last one is kind of stretching it since he got traded, but in my defense, he got traded to another bird baseball team.
