Brent Lillibridge's 13th homer...It's now 6-2 Twins after 3. Since when did Darrin Jackson call Lillibridge "The Crusher"?

That was a very weak "STRETCH" by Hawk.

just thinking of bob drinking while twins run around the bases and the tigers take the lead

how do you people who still hold hope feel with a 6 game deficit?

Just 3 hits today by the White Sox...They don't look "ALL IN" to me.

It's been that way for a little bit now, GD. By the way, any idea what Donny Lucy's doing? He's only started 1 game since his call-up from Triple "A" Charlotte...

Fucking ass fucktard.

I can't blame you, CB, for being aggravated about the current #44. Jake Peavy simply didn't have it today. Too bad MLB contracts are guaranteed, and you can't get a 30 pack of Miller High Life, let alone the big rotund guy who does their clever commercials, for Peavy.

Not to sound like a Sock... err, apologist, but they say the 2nd year after surgery is when the arm comes back stronger. Although, nobody has any idea about the type of labrum surgery that Jake had.
This guy could learn how to pitch with his new physical limitations, as many have.. but he's nowhere near going to be the $22m ace that he was in SD ever again.

I think the reason why nobody seems to know is because what Jake Peavy suffered vs. the Anaheim Angels last summer was very unusual for a baseball player. While he has worked awfully hard trying to come all the way back, he looks very ordinary and nowhere near the pitcher who dominated NL hitters in San Diego.

I am tired of getting "project pitchers". Just get a fucking pitcher that is not:
1. Gimpy
2. Recovering from arm surgery
3. mentally weak

When they signed Peavy I thought fans would be getting the good Jake, not this grindy sack of shit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Jake Peavy was on the DL when the Padres and White Sox made that deal...

Ozzie has gone to the bench...Alejandro De Aza just doubled, pinch hitting for Brent Morel, while Omar Vizquel pinch hits for Gordon Beckham in the bottom 9th.

Why is Dunn gyrating his pelvis in the direction of the pitcher?

Fuck you, Peavy. If you didn't have your head up your ass in the first inning, the Sox win today.

I wonder if Dave Nicholson is still with us...He's the guy who set the White Sox single season strikeout record in 1963. You know some morning zoo will try to call him...

Only seems fitting that Alex Rios strikes out to end the ballgame...Final score, Twins 7, White Sox 6.

So you let Dunn pinch hit for a guy you affirmatively chose over Dunn. This motherfucker is trying to get himself fired or sending a direct FU to Williams.

Start Rios instead of a white hot De Aza...and it comes back to bit you in the ass in the end.

Fucking Peavy!
Fucking Dunn!
Fucking Rios!
Fucking Ozzie!

All the shit of the season comes into play in a single game!

GD, riddle me this then...Why does Zach Stewart, his starting pitcher yesterday, get used to pinch run for Konerko after driving home 2 with a single? Ozzie wants to manage NL style ball alright...
