Shanda Farmer - very nice girl, very personable, very beautiful - her dad told her to stay away from me & later he cornered me at Comiskey & personally told me to stay away from her...ah, the one that got away! I hope she's okay, I just did a google & got nothing.

You were actually concerned about what Ed Farmer could do to you. One lasting memory for me as a child was going to a White Sox/Tiger game in which Ed pitched and got his ass absolutely kicked by a Tiger player. I could see the blood on the trainer's towel as he helped Ed off the field even from the cheap seats.
