Think Adam Dunn's contract with the White Sox is bad? It pales in comparison to the Yankees on the hook for 6 more years with Alex Rodriguez. It only seemed fitting that #13 in Yankee pinstripes struck out in the bottom 9th last night to end the latest Yankees' bellyflop.

Yeah, you got me on that, and A-Rod does have a World Series ring. The contract seems pricey now, Phil. Besides, New York sports fans are pointing the finger at A-Rod for this latest Yankee bellyflop.

Even if the Phillies tie it up, run Carpenter back out in the 10th, a la Jack Morris in the '91 Series. Carp's only at about 100 pitches right now.
