Do you just deal with it or do the factory reset?

Im about to factory reset. Pics videos and contacts are backed up so I think im good.

This really is a blessing in disguise. Now you don't have to worry about screening calls, your phone is doing it for you automatically.

Well, one time the whole thing locked up on me and it wouldn't boot. It kept hanging at the "puzzle pieces" screen. I took it into Best Buy where the Geek Squad couldn't do shit. But one of the Best Buy phone sales guys reset it and I lost my contacts but not my pictures or ringtones. Since then I have backed all my contacts up on Google and I just deal with occasionally being unable to answer a call. I just call right back if it's someone I want to talk to.
