Browsing both messageboards, it appears that both fanbases are pretty downtrodden. The good news is that someone has to win, so someone can feel a little bit better about themselves on Sunday morning. ;)

A little fun at the NU fandom with this one:

Did you know that since Northwestern won their last bowl game, the Iowa Hawkeyes have won 14 bowl games including 3 'BCS' bowls?

- Man has walked on the moon
- TV is in color now
- and (looking forward) we are flying in cars and eat Soylent Green
